Can you deliver & collect the games?
Yes we can deliver and collect Auckland-wide. There is a $110 delivery charge for drop-off and pick up from Central Auckland and a $150 charge for Greater Auckland.
We have a $50 surcharge for pick ups after 9pm.
You are welcome to pick up and drop-off from our New Lynn location at an arranged time at no charge.
What is your service area?
Our games can be delivered within the greater Auckland area. The yellow inner area is $110 for delivery and pick up and the brown outer area is $150. Please contact us if you are not sure which delivery zone you are in.
Where is the pick-up location?
We are located in Astley Ave, New Lynn, Auckland.
If you elect to pick up at cart, once we’ve receive your booking request we will send you through all the details you’ll need.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 working days before collection and a full refund issued minus a $50 administration fee.
For any bookings cancelled after this date a charge of 50% of the original hire will apply.
We are offering free rescheduling (subject to availability).

Can I customise the hire period?
Absolutely! Just choose your hire dates and the hire period for all the games will change to match.
Do you have hire packages?
Sure do! We have 5 great value packages available. The Event Package, 5 most popular, Kids Party package, Table top Party and a bumper Educational package with 10 games.
How do I pay?
Payment is by Credit or Debit Card or bank transfer. Payments are due upon booking.
Do you require a bond?
Yes, all hires are charged a $50 bond, refundable upon return of the games in good, clean condition.
