Currently a highly popular lawn game where players take turns throwing bags of corn at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. It can get very competitive and can be played by individuals against each other or in teams.

 Scoring can be swift and the lead may change hands several times in a game before the winner is decided. 

 This is a great game to be set up at a wedding, beach, local park or team building day. 

 Cornhole is a fantastic game for all ages 3+, the throwing distance can be changed to adjust the level difficulty but the standard throwing distance between each Cornhole board is 8m.

How to play – the basic rules

Players take turns throwing their corn bags at the board until a player/team reaches the score of 21 points. A corn bag in the hole scores 3 points, while a corn bag on the platform scores 1 point. Full instructions are included with the game.

Set-up - Boxes are set up 8m apart from front of box to box facing each other. To play the game you will need two teams with 4 bean bags each.

How to Play

• First team throws their first bag from behind the foul line formed by the front of the box.

• Teams throw alternately until all bags are thrown.

• If a player breaks the foul line or throws out of turn, the player will lose a turn.

• The team that scores the most points in a round, starts the throwing for the next round. If the round is tied the last team to win a round throws first.

Scoring - 1 point for any bag thrown that is on the board but not touching the ground.

3 points for any bag in the hole

• Any bag that touches the ground during the throw or while hanging from the board does not count.

• For each throwing round, the team with the most points wins the round and subtracts the other team’s points from theirs.

• The difference is added to the team’s score that won the round.
